Persuasive Writing

Statement: Should school’s start later and end earlier or have a normal day? I would disagree

Introduction: Today we Room 1 literacy we had to either agree or disagree
that we should start school at 10:00 to 2:30 or we should start at the normal time
which is 8:30 to 3:00 and I would have agreed but it's better if I disagree just for the kids to
have a better future.

Reason 1 :  Well, for my opinion and also for example,
imagine if you’re child goes to school and have a shorter day then
how would they be able to study and only be so happy that they forget that they also are at school [
how would u react if that happens? IIdeally they would be on other non related things to their work
also they might be on social media as well.

Reason 2 : I don’t really agree that we should start later and end earlier which wouldn’t work for
other people who really love school plus who really like doing work as well. Also the teachers/studen
ts would barely get to talk to each other well...probably the students
would talk a lot but not the teachers. 

Reason 3 :  Also I actually know that if the kids finish school earlier than they can spend time with
their family/cousins and friends but the parents would just morley make the kids focus on their
education and learning instead.

Conclusion :  So even though I did disagree but in my opinion I still say disagree because most children’s parents still take care and love them but they really need more time to be in school to learn a lot more and look after each other as well. Even they would need a better future as well but also better education.
